Fallen Timber Furniture is a custom furniture/woodworking company specializing in handcrafted furniture, custom design, for both residential and commercial clients. We work with homeowners, designers, business owners and more!

All of our items are handcrafted and made to order locally in Calgary AB Canada.

We offer a variety of ‘’made to order’’ pieces in our online store, as well as custom furniture. Items in our online store have shorter lead time and are often priced lower than custom pieces. 

We also offer a FREE in-home consultation and to review samples and designs.

For those who don't know, My name is Nathan Keen and I am the Owner/Founder of fallen timber furniture.. 

Starting a business has been a goal of mine since the age of 18.

It all started with the idea of moving out on my own, but after looking at how expensive the furniture to fill a home was, I didn't want to spend all that money. Besides, moving out is expensive as is. Then I started thinking... Why not build my furniture! Coming from the background of framing, renovation and finishing carpentry I figured why not put my skills to use! After a few years I finally decided to start a custom furniture business. 

After doing it part time for a while, I took the leap of faith, and quit my full time carpentry job and went full time into the business and haven't looked back! 

Currently we have been in business since 2019, And since 2021 I’ve had the pleasure and privilege to be a full time woodworker, and I am beyond grateful.

This has awarded me the opportunity to get paid doing what I love, and to continually grow and improve my life/business.

I stand by providing quality pieces for all my clients, along with the sense of happiness you get when putting a new piece of furniture in your home.
